This can be used for many things, such as a light dinner,an appetizer, or a snack when dinner will be served much later then you like. Ever since I had my stomach surgery, I seem to enjoy this vegetable cooked like this! If you love stewed zucchini you will surely be a fan of this italian gem!

Ingredients
- 2 - baby green zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 1 can redpack crushed tomatoes
- 1 2/3 cups whole milk ricotta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella
- 1 - handful grated parm
- few dash red cross salt
- few dash onion flakes
- few dash onion powder
- few dash parsley, dried
- few dash oregano, dried
How To Make frazz1es stuffed zucchini boats

Step 1slice lengthwise and gut 2 baby green zucchini make into boat shape cut off both ends and lightly salt

Step 2put red pack tomatoes in bottom of a baking pan salt to desired taste add a pinch of white sugar if tomatoes have too much acid

Step 3mix all cheeses together and spoon generously in boats sprinkle seasonings around boats heat on 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes Enjoy!
