This can be used for many things, such as a light dinner,an appetizer, or a snack when dinner will be served much later then you like. Ever since I had my stomach surgery, I seem to enjoy this vegetable cooked like this!
If you love stewed zucchini you will surely be a fan of this italian gem!

baby green zucchini sliced lengthwise
1 can(s)
redpack crushed tomatoes
1 2/3 c
whole milk ricotta
1/2 c
shredded mozzerella
handful grated parm
few dash(es)
red cross salt
few dash(es)
onion flakes
few dash(es)
onion powder
few dash(es)
parsley, dried
few dash(es)
oregano, dried

How to Make Frazz1es Stuffed Zucchini Boats


  • 1slice lengthwise and gut 2 baby green zucchini
    make into boat shape cut off both ends and lightly salt
  • 2put red pack tomatoes in bottom of a baking pan
    salt to desired taste
    add a pinch of white sugar if tomatoes have too much
  • 3mix all cheeses together and spoon generously in boats
    sprinkle seasonings around boats
    heat on 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes
