Ingredients For firecracker plantains
2 tspcrushed red pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 cfrank's red hot sauce
How To Make firecracker plantains
1I use ghee (or coconut oil) to fry the plantains on medium heat until golden brown. (1-2 tbsp of oil to fry)
2Once they are browned on each side, toss with all the other ingredients and serve warm! I love to dip them in ranch dressing.
