I love to make these plantains even spicier with more crushed red pepper! Combined with the cooling ranch, this is super quick to make!

Ingredients

How to Make Firecracker Plantains

Step-by-Step

  1. I use ghee (or coconut oil) to fry the plantains on medium heat until golden brown. (1-2 tbsp of oil to fry)
  2. Once they are browned on each side, toss with all the other ingredients and serve warm! I love to dip them in ranch dressing.
