This is a fun snack for a halloween party tray. The kids will love to help decorate the carrot circles after you have cut them. I found this recipe and picture on familyfun.go.com

Ingredients

- carrots
- cream cheese
- pitted black olives or sliced green olives with pimentos.

How To Make edible eyeballs

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into @ 1 inch thick slices.

Step 2

Top each slice with a small dollop of cream cheese.
Step 3

Place 1/2 of black or green olive in the middle of the cream cheese.
Step 4

Serve on your favorite serving dish.
