My family loves this healthy alternative to guacamole. I happen to love Guacomole but the fat content is so high. Add chips or cut up vegetables. Enjoy and don't feel guilty.

avacado, peeled and diced
1
broccoli crown
1
12-16 oz bag of shelled edamame
1
small container or jar of pico de gallo
1/4 c
olive oil
1 tsp
garlic powder or to your taste

How to Make Edamame Broccomoli

Step-by-Step

  • 1blanche the edamame and broccoli crown in rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove to ice bath.
  • 2Combine avacado,edamame,broccoli,olive oil and garlic into a food processor and combine until desired texture.
  • 3Remove mixture from food processor and combine with pico de gallo. Serve chilled with your favorite chip or veggie.
