edamame broccomoli
My family loves this healthy alternative to guacamole. I happen to love Guacomole but the fat content is so high. Add chips or cut up vegetables. Enjoy and don't feel guilty.

Ingredients
- 1 - avacado, peeled and diced
- 1 - broccoli crown
- 1 - 12-16 oz bag of shelled edamame
- 1 - small container or jar of pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to your taste
How To Make edamame broccomoli

Step 1blanche the edamame and broccoli crown in rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove to ice bath.

Step 2Combine avacado,edamame,broccoli,olive oil and garlic into a food processor and combine until desired texture.

Step 3Remove mixture from food processor and combine with pico de gallo. Serve chilled with your favorite chip or veggie.
