Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 1 package 1-oz. pkg ranch dip mix
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • green onions
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 can cheddar cheese, finely grated

How To Make eat your vegetable bars

  • Step 1
    Spread crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Pinch or roll the perforations together. Bake according to pkg. instructions until golden brown. Cool crust.
  • Step 2
    Blend cream cheese and dry ranch dip mix together until well blended. Mince all of the veggies. Spread cream cheese mixture on baked crescent roll dough. Carefully spread minced vegetables over the cream cheese and lightly press down.
  • Step 3
    Top with grated cheese and refrigerate. Cut into 1" x 2" bars before serving.
