Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 - 10 oz cans rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 - white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 - 1 - fresh jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 handful - fresh cilantro
- - juice of 1 lime
How To Make easy blender salsa

Step 1Combine all ingredients in blender until desired consistency.

Step 2Serve with tortilla chips.

Step 3Salsa improves as flavors blend. Tip: hotness of salsa is determined by amount of jalapeno seeds added. It is recommended to wear gloves when handling jalapeno peppers. NEVER place hands close to eyes after working with jalapeno peppers!
