dazzle 'em dip
This dip is eagerly received by my family and guests whenever I serve it. If you keep bagged shredded cheese and a few ingredients on hand, this is easily and quickly put together. Dips are great for entertaining: you provide the dip & some dippers and you have a self serve dish! This dip is fresh, flavorful and makes a pretty presentation for your table. It is easily doubled for a group; expect recipe requests!

Ingredients
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise (do not substitte light or fat-free)
- 1 can (4 & 1/2 ounces) chopped ripe olives; drained and divided
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies. undrained
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon (or to taste) hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
How To Make dazzle 'em dip

Step 1In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, 1/3 cup ripe olives, chilies, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.

Step 2Transfer to an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle tomato on top, followed by the remaining olives. Finish with green onions on top.

Step 3Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or your favorite veggie dippers. SERVING NOTE: For a party try decorating top with a small design in center of dip. Start with tomatoes and outline design with ripe olives. Sprinkle onions around design. Be creative!
