One of my coworkers shared this recipe at a work potluck a few years back. They were a hit so she shared the recipe and we often take them to gatherings with family and friends now. They not only taste great but they look special too.

Ingredients For cucumber sandwiches

  • 2 can
    french loaf bread
  • 3
    cucumbers
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, 8oz. softened
  • 1 c
    mayo with olive oil
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian dressing
  • dill weed

How To Make cucumber sandwiches

  • 1
Make french bread according to package. I have a flower shaped bread tube pan that I make mine in for a prettier presentation. Cool and slice.
  • 2
Mix cream cheese, mayo and italian dressing mix until well blended. This is best made ahead of time and refrigerated so the flavors and blend together. Slice the cucumbers.
  • 3
Spread each slice of bread with the cream cheese mixture, top with a cucumber and sprinkle with dill weed for garnish. Refrigerate until cooled and serve.
