How To Make cucumber sandwiches

• Step 1
  Peel and slice cucumbers (I use a crinkle cutter and slice on the thick side)
• Step 2
  Use a glass or 2 inch biscuit cutter to cut circles out of slices of bread
• Step 3
  Meanwhile, in a mixer, beat cream cheese and dill until well combined
• Step 4
  Spread cream cheese mixture onto rounds of bread, top with a cucumber slice and another round of bread Keep moist with a damp paper towel
