Ingredients

How to Make Cucumber Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers (I use a crinkle cutter and slice on the thick side)
  2. Use a glass or 2 inch biscuit cutter to cut circles out of slices of bread
  3. Meanwhile, in a mixer, beat cream cheese and dill until well combined
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture onto rounds of bread, top with a cucumber slice and another round of bread

Keep moist with a damp paper towel
