Cucumbers are a wonderful alternative to chips and dip at snack time. Here seedless cucumbers are stuffed with feta, yogurt, cream cheese, and walnuts. Yum!

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons feta
- 4 teaspoons walnuts, chopped
- 1 - long seedless cucumber
How To Make cucumber-feta bites

Step 1Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

Step 2Mix yogurt, cream cheese, and feta. Spoon into cucumber; top with walnuts. Cut into 2" pieces.
