Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Patrick Johnson

I have always been lukewarm on brussels sprouts. That is until I tried a version of these at a local sushi place.

I have a friend that assured me that I coiuld not make her like b-sprouts. Too bad we didn't bet on it.
