Well I have never had caviar but I have had this. I do not like blackeyed peas but I can eat this all day long. So I guess it must be pretty good.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
- 1/4 cup , chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make country caviar

Step 1Combine all ingredients together. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
