Well I have never had caviar but I have had this. I do not like blackeyed peas but I can eat this all day long. So I guess it must be pretty good.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1/4 cup , chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 small jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

How To Make country caviar

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients together. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
