I played in a Bunco group for many years - this recipe came from one of the hostesses. The slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly crunchy taste all wrapped up in smooth cream cheese is quite tasty. Goes great with Triscuit crackers.

- 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz., softened
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash - pepper
- 16 ounces corn frozen and thawed, or canned and drained
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 small onion, fine dice
