These are the best corn fritters I have ever had! They are quick and easy to make and my whole family loves them.

Pan Fry


  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    self rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    corn, cream-style
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Corn Fritters


  1. Mix together milk, egg, butter, and corn.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, and add to wet ingredients, mix well.
  3. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil, (350 degrees F). Fry until golden brown (2 - 3 minutes), turning once.
