Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn, cream-style
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Mix together milk, egg, butter, and corn.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients, and add to wet ingredients, mix well.

Step 3Drop by tablespoons into hot oil, (350 degrees F). Fry until golden brown (2 - 3 minutes), turning once.
