- 1 - yellow squash or a squash of your choice
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 - beaten eggs
- 4 cups or more of corn flour
- 1 teaspoon adobo powder
- 1 package sazon seasoning
- 2 - inches in pan of extra virgin olive oil
How To Make corn flour fried summer squash

Step 1Peel and cut squash into 1/4 inch sticks. Dredge each stick in flour. Dip each stick into beaten eggs. Dredge in Corn Flour, Adobo and Sazon mixture....Heat olive oil in pan until good for deep frying...Put as many pieces into the pan that fit...fry each piece approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown...

Step 2Remove from hot oil with tongs carefully and put in paper towel lined container to catch excess oil...cool slightly and enjoy!!!! They are delicious :)
