    yellow squash or a squash of your choice
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4
    beaten eggs
  • 4 c
    or more of corn flour
  • 1 tsp
    adobo powder
  • 1 pkg
    sazon seasoning
  • 2
    inches in pan of extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Corn Flour Fried Summer Squash


  1. Peel and cut squash into 1/4 inch sticks. Dredge each stick in flour. Dip each stick into beaten eggs. Dredge in Corn Flour, Adobo and Sazon mixture....Heat olive oil in pan until good for deep frying...Put as many pieces into the pan that fit...fry each piece approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown...
  2. Remove from hot oil with tongs carefully and put in paper towel lined container to catch excess slightly and enjoy!!!! They are delicious :)
