How to Make Connie's Addictive Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- 2Insert approximately 1 T. of cream cheese into every stemless mushroom--it should at least fill their cups, probably overflow a tad.
- 3Create a "Stem" of raw hot sausage for each mushroom and place one each on top of the cream cheese in every mushroom cup.
- 4Bake at 350 for approx 25 minutes. These are best served hot.
