A neighbor of mine from many years ago gave me this recipe its great for anytime. Appeitier, snack, pinic, sidedish or entree with a nice salad.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 9 - eggs
- 4 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups 1% low fat cottage cheese
- 2 cans (4ounces each) diced chilies, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 cup prepared salsa
How To Make chili cheese puff

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until blended;stir in monterey jack,cottage cheese,chiles, sugar, salt and hot sauce. Add flour mixture; stir just until blended. Pour into prepared dish.

Step 3Bake uncovered, 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
