1Using mandalan or knife slice thin strips of cucumber.
2Combine Cooked chopped chicken breast with tsp each onions and celery, seasonings, and 3 tblsp mayo.
Mix 2tbls cream cheese w/dash of hot sauce.
Lay cucumber out, pat w/paper towel and spread with cream cheese, place tsp chicken salad on one end and roll and secure with pick. Refridgerate for hour before serving.
