How to Make Cheesy Cauliflower Bites


  1. Start by "ricing" the cauliflower in a food processor ( or you can also purchase, already "riced"..don't over pulse, just until it looks like rice.
  2. squeeze excess moisture, combine with rest of ingredients, except the cheese.
  3. spray a cookie sheet with oil, and spoon out into little "bite" size using a tablespoon.
  4. bake at 350 for about 20 mins, then sprinkle each bite with the cheese and bake another 10 mins, till cheese is melted and golden brown...Yummylicious.
