Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup favorite beer
- - cubed thick french bread
How To Make cheesy beer fondue

Step 1Heat milk in a lg saucpan over mediun heat until hot. In lg bowl, toss together cheeses and next 4 ingredients.

Step 2Add cheese mix slowly, stirring, until smooth. Pour mix into a 3-quart slow-cooker. Stir in beer. Cover, cook on low for 1 hr, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ cubed bread.
