Everyone, but especially the guys, love this. Serve w/ thick slabs of cubed bread of your choice. Especially great at sports games!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    2% milk
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 3/4 c
    favorite beer
  • ·
    cubed thick french bread

How to Make Cheesy beer fondue

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat milk in a lg saucpan over mediun heat until hot. In lg bowl, toss together cheeses and next 4 ingredients.
  2. Add cheese mix slowly, stirring, until smooth. Pour mix into a 3-quart slow-cooker. Stir in beer. Cover, cook on low for 1 hr, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ cubed bread.
