Everyone, but especially the guys, love this. Serve w/ thick slabs of cubed bread of your choice. Especially great at sports games!!

Ingredients

1/2 c
2% milk
8 oz
shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz
monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper
3/4 c
favorite beer
cubed thick french bread

How to Make Cheesy beer fondue

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat milk in a lg saucpan over mediun heat until hot. In lg bowl, toss together cheeses and next 4 ingredients.
  • 2Add cheese mix slowly, stirring, until smooth. Pour mix into a 3-quart slow-cooker. Stir in beer. Cover, cook on low for 1 hr, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ cubed bread.
