Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cajun spice mix (link to recipe in comments)
- 8 ounces greek low fat yogurt
- 1` teaspoon olive oil
- VEGETABLE PLATTER INGREDIENTS
- 4 - carrots, cut into sticks
- 4 - celery ribs, cut into 3" pieces
- 2 - zucchini, cut into sticks
- 1 - cucumber, peeled & cut into sticks
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into strips
How To Make cajun dip (sallye)

Step 1Whisk first three ingredients together until well blended. Store in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving (will keep for several days if refrigerated)
