- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 3 medium red onions
How To Make bruschette

Step 1Put on a grill some french bread slices.

Step 2After that,them with minced garlic ,and pour olive oil.

Step 3Wash,peel,and,cut in cubes,tomatoes and onions.

Step 4Shred the cheese.

Step 5Lay on the bread,tomatoes,cheese and onions.

Step 6Bake them a little,till the cheese melt,or serve them so.
