whole kernal corn, drained
1 can(s)
rotel, undrained,(mild, hot - to your choice
1/2 c
chopped onion
1--2 tsp
chopped cilantro ( to your taste )

How to Make Black Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain, rinse black beans & drain corn.
  • 2Chop onion & cilantro.
  • 3Mix all ingredients & let sit at least 1 hour, & chill in the fridge. Serve with chips.
