  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel, undrained,(mild, hot - to your choice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1--2 tsp
    chopped cilantro ( to your taste )

How to Make Black Bean Salsa


  1. Drain, rinse black beans & drain corn.
  2. Chop onion & cilantro.
  3. Mix all ingredients & let sit at least 1 hour, & chill in the fridge. Serve with chips.
