    can black beans rinsed and drained well
  • 1
    can kernal corn rinsed and drained well
  • 1/2
    onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt to taste approximately 1 tablespoon
  • ·
    fresh cilantro minced to taste i use about half of a bunch
  • ·
    lime juice for dressing i start with 1/4 cup and add more depending on taste preference

How to Make Black Bean & Corn Salsa


  1. Mix all together and refrigerate... Usually better the next day... I eat with baked pita chips or tortilla chips...
