This recipe is VERY simple and tastes refreshing. Great for a dish to pass in the summer! My 3 year old eats it with a spoon!

1chopped onion

1chopped red pepper

1chopped tomato

1 can(s)black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can(s)white shoepeg corn

2limes

·cilantro, chopped

·salt and pepper
How to Make Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- Chop veggies. Rinse and drain beans and corn. Mix all vegetables together and add the juice of the limes. Add salt, pepper and cilantro to taste.
