Ingredients
- - 1 - 14oz. can of black beans
- - 1 small can of yellow and white corn mixed
- - 1 small can of chopped mild chiles
- - 1 cup of chopped cucumber
- - 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
- - 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- - juice of 1 whole lime
- - 3 green onions with green tops sliced
- - 3 cloves of garlic minced/chopped finely
- - 2 tablesppons of chopped pickled jalapenos
- - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- - 1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
