Ingredients
- 12 button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- ground black pepper, to taste
How To Make balsamic marinated mushrooms

Step 1Place mushrooms in a large zipper type plastic bag and add remaining ingredients. Seal bag and give a good shake to coat mushrooms with marinade.

Step 2Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to 2 days, shaking bag occasionally to mix marinade.

Step 3Drain marinade and add mushrooms to a serving dish.
