Ingredients

  • 12 button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • ground black pepper, to taste

How To Make balsamic marinated mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Place mushrooms in a large zipper type plastic bag and add remaining ingredients. Seal bag and give a good shake to coat mushrooms with marinade.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to 2 days, shaking bag occasionally to mix marinade.
  • Step 3
    Drain marinade and add mushrooms to a serving dish.
