How to Make Balsamic Goat Cheese Bruschetta
- 1Dice the Tomatoes...You need 1 cup of Diced tomatoes. Not 1 Cup of Tomatoes Diced...But I didn't have to tell you that ;)
- 2In a small sauce pan, Add the 1/2 cup of Vinegar, and reduce on medium heat, by half. Once Reduced, set aside to cool/
- 3Mix the Herbs with the Balsamic, then add the tomatoes, stir and set aside.
- 4Drizzle the bread with Olive Oil on both sides. Then, In a Grille Pan or open flame grill, Grill the bread until slightly charred and crusty
- 5Enjoy warm! :)
