How to Make Balsamic Glazed Carrots
- 1Place carrots and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
- 2Cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until carrots are tender yet heat.
- 3Drain the carrots.
- 4Heat oil in a skillet over high-medium heat
- 5Add carrots and saute for about 8 minutes,or until lightly browned.
- 6Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over carrots,tossing to coat the carrots evenly.
- 7Optional:Sprinkle parsley and serve.
