How to Make Balsamic Glazed Carrots
1Place carrots and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
2Cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until carrots are tender yet heat.
4Heat oil in a skillet over high-medium heat
5Add carrots and saute for about 8 minutes,or until lightly browned.
6Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over carrots,tossing to coat the carrots evenly.
7Optional:Sprinkle parsley and serve.
