baby carrots
3 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
parsley (optional)

How to Make Balsamic Glazed Carrots


  • 1Place carrots and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • 2Cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until carrots are tender yet heat.
  • 3Drain the carrots.
  • 4Heat oil in a skillet over high-medium heat
  • 5Add carrots and saute for about 8 minutes,or until lightly browned.
  • 6Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over carrots,tossing to coat the carrots evenly.
  • 7Optional:Sprinkle parsley and serve.
