Ingredients For bacon cherry bombs!

1/2 pkgbacon
-
4 lgavacados
-
1 lgjicama
-
3 cpanko crumbs

1/4 csesame seeds

1/8 tspcelery salt
-
1/8 tsppaprika
-
1/8 tspcrushed red pepper

dashdill
-
dashblack pepper
-
1 Tbspsun dried tomato, finely chopped

1 Tbspchives, finely chopped

1/2 ccherry balsamic, reduced
How To Make bacon cherry bombs!

1Fry until crispy half a pound of bacon then fine chop and set aside on a paper towel to drain.

2Peel and smoosh 4 large avocados until they can be mixed but are still lumpy.

3Peel and cut jicama into two inch sticks about the thickness of a sharpie and set aside.

4Gently mix the bacon into the avocado.

5Toss the rest of the ingredients to fully mix then pour onto a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees until just toasted. Be careful not to let them burn.

6Form the avocado mixture into balls about 1 ½ inch in diameter.

7Roll the bombs in the Panko crumb mixture until completely coated.

8Insert a jicama stick into each one and drizzle the bottoms with cherry balsamic. Serve standing up on a tray or in shot glasses.
