·juice of 2 limes
1 can(s)chick peas, drained and rinsed
1-2 smallcloves of garlic (if they are small 2, but if large 1 should be good unless you just want a litte more)
·olive oil for consistency
3-4 Tbspplain yogurt
3/4 cpine nuts, lightly toasted
How to Make Avocado Hummus
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Toast pine nuts in a small pan with garlic. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a food processor or blender with chickpeas, lime juice, pine nuts, garlic, and a little olive oil. Process until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if desired.
- Chill for an hour. Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
