Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, fresh
  • 1 package prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise

How To Make asparagus & prochuttio wraps

  • Step 1
    Cut the woody ends off of Asparagus. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then drop into cold ice water for 2 minutes to stop cooking.
  • Step 2
    Slightly cool asparagus. Use your finger and wipe a small amount of mayonnaise on each asparagus spear. Wrap one half of a piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear. Arrange onto a serving platter.
  • Step 3
    Cool in fridge and serve cold.
