Ingredients

1 bunch
asparagus, fresh
1 pkg
prosciutto
2 Tbsp
fat free mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Cut the woody ends off of Asparagus. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then drop into cold ice water for 2 minutes to stop cooking.
2Slightly cool asparagus. Use your finger and wipe a small amount of mayonnaise on each asparagus spear. Wrap one half of a piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear. Arrange onto a serving platter.
3Cool in fridge and serve cold.
