I love a good tapenade, When I seen artichoke tapenade at the grocery store, Well I was excited til I seen price! $7.99 for a small jar!! Well I said I can make this!! I did it the same way I first made salsa like 20 years ago. I simply read the ingredients and worked with those ingredients and afew favorite herbs and oils of my own and made mine for a quarter of the price. Delish To serve with fancy breads, crackers or veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 6oz jar artichoke hearts in oil
  • 1 - 8 oz jar green olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmasan
  • 1/4 cup capers drained
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sqeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh herbs of choice (used parsley)
  • - s&p

How To Make artichoke tapenade

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse till You get consistency wanted. I like mine chuncky. Store in jar in refridgerator overnight. Serve with cracker, bread or veggies.
