No need to fry these little zucchini gems, just as delicious in air fryer

Ingredients For air fried zucchini

  • 1
    zucchini
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make air fried zucchini

  • 1
    Slice zucchini in thin slices
  • 2
    Mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning Set aside
  • 3
    Using 3 plates...1 for each...flour, scrambled egg & seasoned breadcrumbs

    Dip each side of zucchini in each
  • 5
    Drizzle each side with olive oil
  • 6
    Air fry at 400 degree, 10 mins...serve with ranch dressing or ketchup
