2 cancream of shrimps soup

1 ccream

1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined and 1/2 done(two minutes on each side)

How To Make the most easy decadent pastry seafood dish

1Preheat the oven at 375 Align ramekins. Sautee the shallot in garlic and butter until clear and fragrant. Add spices. Add sherry or wine and reduce by about half. Add soup and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream and add seafood.

2Ladle seafood mixture into ramequins and top with either a circle of puff pastry or basket weaves which I like to do. Simply bake it until golden and bubbly. About 20 minutes.
