How to Make Sweet Thai Shrimp
- 1Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- 2Move top rack to the second position in the oven.
Preheat the broiler to High heat.
- 3Peel the shrimp and place 4 shrimp on each skewer.
- 4Brush the sweet chili sauce over the shrimp, and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet.
- 5Place under the broiler and cook until shrimp are pink.
- 6Remove, let cool and serve.
