How to Make Sweet Thai Shrimp
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Move top rack to the second position in the oven.
Preheat the broiler to High heat.
- Peel the shrimp and place 4 shrimp on each skewer.
- Brush the sweet chili sauce over the shrimp, and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet.
- Place under the broiler and cook until shrimp are pink.
- Remove, let cool and serve.
