Ingredients
- 1/4 cup thai sweet red chili sauce
- 1 pound medium shrimp
- 8 small bamboo skewers
How To Make sweet thai shrimp

Step 1Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2Move top rack to the second position in the oven. Preheat the broiler to High heat.

Step 3Peel the shrimp and place 4 shrimp on each skewer.

Step 4Brush the sweet chili sauce over the shrimp, and place them on a foil covered cookie sheet.

Step 5Place under the broiler and cook until shrimp are pink.

Step 6Remove, let cool and serve.
