Once the shrimp is prepared, it's crunchy and sweet. The sauce sticks to the tempura battered shrimp. Candied walnuts give the dish a little crunch and nutty flavor. We really enjoyed this. It reminds us of fried shrimp we've eaten at Chinese restaurants. Serve with rice and your favorite veggies for a tasty dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 box tempura mix
- 2 pounds defrosted cooked shrimp (tail-off)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- - water
- - deep fryer
- candied walnuts, optional
How To Make sweet fried shrimp

Step 1Follow instructions on how to make tempura mixture.

Step 2Dip shrimp in tempura mixture and fry in fryer till ready.

Step 3After shrimp is done then fry shrimp in a pan with sweetened condensed milk. If condensed milk is too thick and gooey for you, just add a splash or two of milk to thin out the mixture.

Step 4You can add candied walnuts for a tasty crunch!
