sweet and zesty shrimp
Was looking for something quick to add to Eric's famous Spinach loaf. This is what I came up with

2-3 serving(s)
Ingredients
- 1 package 12 oz large shrimp (31-40 count)
- 1 package bacon (slice in half cross ways)
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons grill mate's southwestern maple seasoning
How To Make sweet and zesty shrimp
-
Step 1After slicing the bacon in half, dredge each piece through the brown sugar and southwaetern maple (mixed well). Making sure each slice is coated on both sides with the sugary mix. Then wrap each half slice of bacon around a shrimp. Secure with a tooth pick.
-
Step 2with any extra shrimp to bacon you can mix the shrimp with the remainder of the shrimp and grill on alumiunm foil.
-
Step 3Put shrimp on a warmed grill and turn frequently until bacon is done to your liking. I prefer mine darker and crispier than some do.
