  • 4-6
    heirloom or other type rip tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    cooked chopped lobster meat or shrimp
  • 2 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2
    scallions, sliced, white and green parts divided
  • salt and pepper

How To Make

    Wash and dry tomatoes, slice off top and core
  • 2
    In a medium bowl mix together remaining ingredients and white parts of scallion salt and pepper to taste
  • 3
    spoon mixture into tomato cavity garnish with sprinkle of green parts of scallion
