Ingredients
- 1/2 can light mayo
- 1-2 tablespoon finely chopped,seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 can 6 ounces water-packed chunk light tuna drained and flaked
- 6 - flour tortillas 7 inchs
- 2 cups thinley chopped ice burg lettuce
- 1/2 cup 2 ounces shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1-2 - plum tamatoes ,seeded and diced
How To Make spicy tuna wraps

Step 1in medium bowl,combined mayo,jalapeno pepper and lime juice;mix well.drain tuna using can strainer.stir tuna into mayo mixture.

Step 2spread tuna mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1/4 inch of edge.Top with lettuce,cheese and tomato,pressing lightly.arrange optional toppings over tortillas,if desired roll up each tortilla tightly or fold in half and serve immediately
