Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    white cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    minced chives
  • 1 scoop(s)
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lb
    fresh shelled shrimp (large)
  • 1 1/2
    romaine lettuce stalks

How to Make Shrimp Salad Appetizer

Step-by-Step

  1. In pan heat butter until melted. Stir in next six ingredients.
  2. Stir in shrimp until coated. Cook until shrimp are pink, stirring once.
  3. Shrimp in sauce served over beds of chopped romaine lettuce. Enjoy!
