- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1 scoop fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pound fresh shelled shrimp (large)
- 1 1/2 - romaine lettuce stalks
How To Make shrimp salad appetizer

Step 1In pan heat butter until melted. Stir in next six ingredients.

Step 2Stir in shrimp until coated. Cook until shrimp are pink, stirring once.

Step 3Shrimp in sauce served over beds of chopped romaine lettuce. Enjoy!
