- 1 pound shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1/2-1 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons preserved lemons, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1Combine shrimp, seasoning, preserved lemon, mint & parsley in a small mixin bowl. Mix

Step 2Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large medium high heated skillet and saute for 30 seconds or so. Toss in shrimp and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and continue to saute for an additional minute or until shrimp turns pink and begins to curl. **Do Not Over Cook"
