1 lbshrimp, shelled & deveined

1/2-1 Tbspall purpose greek seasoning

2 Tbsppreserved lemons, chopped

1 Tbspmint, chopped

1 Tbspitalian parsley

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2garlic cloves, minced

1 tspred pepper flakes

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make sauteed greek style shrimp

1Combine shrimp, seasoning, preserved lemon, mint & parsley in a small mixin bowl. Mix

2Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large medium high heated skillet and saute for 30 seconds or so. Toss in shrimp and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and continue to saute for an additional minute or until shrimp turns pink and begins to curl. **Do Not Over Cook"
