Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked (and drained, if canned)
  • 3/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon white onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 24 - melba rounds or other type cracker
  • - red pepper strip, black olive or a spring onion as a topper to make them more attractive

How To Make salmon-cilantro spread on melba rounds

  • Step 1
    Place salmon, cilantro leaves and onion into a food processor. Mix at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add the lemon juice, mayo, and mustard. Mix at high spped for 1 minute or until the mixture is fairly smooth.
  • Step 2
    Slater each cracker with the spread and place on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
