This is another one of my MIL's fantastic recipes. This is so good to have at parties or just to snack on.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces salmon, canned
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish (more if you like)
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley or chopped pecans

How To Make salmon ball

  • Step 1
    Pick all the bones and skin from the salmon. (Or you can use the pouch of already cleaned salmon). Mix all ingredients together well and chill.
  • Step 2
    Roll into a ball then roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.
  • Step 3
    Serve with assorted crackers or toast rounds.
