This is another one of my MIL's fantastic recipes. This is so good to have at parties or just to snack on.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces salmon, canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon horseradish (more if you like)
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley or chopped pecans
How To Make salmon ball

Step 1Pick all the bones and skin from the salmon. (Or you can use the pouch of already cleaned salmon). Mix all ingredients together well and chill.

Step 2Roll into a ball then roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.

Step 3Serve with assorted crackers or toast rounds.
