This is another one of my MIL's fantastic recipes. This is so good to have at parties or just to snack on.

Ingredients For salmon ball

16 ozsalmon, canned
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
1 tsplemon juice, fresh

2 tsponion, grated
-
1 tsphorseradish (more if you like)

1/4 tspliquid smoke

1/2 cchopped parsley or chopped pecans
How To Make salmon ball

1Pick all the bones and skin from the salmon. (Or you can use the pouch of already cleaned salmon). Mix all ingredients together well and chill.

2Roll into a ball then roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.

3Serve with assorted crackers or toast rounds.
