- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped onion
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make salmon ball

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Form into a ball, roll in pecans. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 6 servings.
