16 ozcan red salmon, drained

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

How to Make SALMON BALL
- Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Form into a ball, roll in pecans. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 6 servings.
