Ingredients

  • 1 c
    raspberry preserves, seedless
  • 1/4 c
    horseradish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 3 tsp
    sherry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    ground black pepper

How to Make Raspberry Cocktail Sauce (for shrimp)

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Process or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Chill cocktail sauce at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with shrimp. Cocktail sauce will keep, refrigerated, for five days.
