How to Make Middle Eastern Tuna Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine tuna,garlic,chickpeas,cottage cheese, lemon juice,scallions,sesame oil,and cumin in food processor.
    Blend until smooth
    Top with parsley
    Serve with pita chips or wedges
