Great recipe by Bobby Flay for the Food Network Magazine. This is very special and will be great for celebrating the New Year if at home!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish, drained
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • - kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped lobster meat
  • 1 large ripe, pitted , scooped and diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped watercress leaves

How To Make lobster avocado cocktail

  • Step 1
    Whisk the first 6 ingredients together with the salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Gently fold in the lobster, avocado and watercress. Serve layered in shot glasses, if desired.
