  • 1/2 c
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh tarragon
  • ·
    kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    coarsely chopped lobster meat
  • 1 large
    ripe, pitted , scooped and diced avocado
  • 1/4 c
    chopped watercress leaves

How to Make Lobster Avocado Cocktail


  1. Whisk the first 6 ingredients together with the salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  2. Gently fold in the lobster, avocado and watercress. Serve layered in shot glasses, if desired.
