Ingredients
- 1 pound (large-26/30 count) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 large lime, zest and juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make lime and cilantro shrimp

Step 1Shrimp should be cooled.

Step 2Place all ingredients, EXCEPT SHRIMP, in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Step 3Place shrimp in a large zipper-type plastic bag and pour marinade over. Squeeze out air and seal bag. "Massage" the shrimp to distribute the marinade.

Step 4Place in refrigerator for a few hours, until chilled. Place shrimp in serving bowl and drizzle some of the marinade over them. Serve chilled.
