This was another appetizer that I used for catering parties and was a winner as there never were leftovers.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dry white cooking wine
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 7 3/4 oz can of crab meat, drained and flaked
How To Make hot crabmeat dip

Step 1Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and salt in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 2Add wine gradually, then add crab meat. Check seasonings and adjust as needed.

Step 3Transfer to chafing dish (or sometimes I've used a fondue pot) and serve hot with melba rounds or toast triangles for dipping. Yield: about 2 cups
